Terms of Service

Plain-English terms for using AtexPay. By creating an account or using the site, dashboard or API, you agree to them.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. What AtexPay is — and is not

AtexPay ("AtexPay", "we", "us") is a web platform for selling digital products and services. Sellers ("you") list products, share each product’s checkout page, and deliver every order from the AtexPay dashboard; buyers pay on the checkout page and collect what they bought from their order page.

AtexPay is not a bank, a payment processor, a payment gateway, a money-services business or a money transmitter. AtexPay integrates our payment partners, who take payments directly into each seller’s own account. Sellers may only sell their own products: an AtexPay account can’t be used to collect payments for another business’s sales. We never receive, hold, convert or transmit your funds. Every sale is processed by our payment partner (see section 5) on your own seller account; funds are held by the payment partner and its licensed financial partners and paid out, at your request, to the payout method you register.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
  • We may decline or defer an application, including where what you say you sell is on the prohibited products list.
  • Everything you tell us — identity, business details, what you sell, payout address — must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • Before you can sell or receive payouts, the person running the account must complete an identity verification run by our payment partner. Accounts that fail or abandon verification cannot sell.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secret and for everything done with them.

3. Products

  • Each product must be yours to sell and must be a digital product or a service delivered online. Its title, description, category, price and delivery type must describe truthfully what the buyer receives.
  • Every product is screened against the prohibited products list before it goes on sale. A product may be refused, paused or removed at any time if it falls in a prohibited category or misdescribes what is sold.
  • You can update a product’s details and price; updates apply to future sales, and every order keeps exactly what its buyer saw and paid for.

4. Orders, delivery and buyer support

  • Every sale opens an order. You must deliver it promptly by attaching the files or a link to what the buyer paid for, and the delivery must match the product’s description.
  • When you deliver, we email the buyer a link to their order page. The order is completed when the buyer downloads a delivered file or opens the delivered link.
  • Files you deliver are stored by AtexPay for 15 days after delivery and then deleted. Keep your own copies; buyers are told to download theirs within that window.
  • We record the buyer’s checkout and delivery activity — page visits, downloads and link opens, with time, IP address, browser and approximate country — so that you and we can show an order was delivered. See the Privacy Policy.
  • Buyer support, refunds and disputes on your sales are yours: respond to your buyers, refund when what they received was not what was described, and answer disputes with evidence. Your support email is shown to buyers on checkout pages, receipts and order pages; buyers can also reach AtexPay at buyers@atexpay.com, and sellers at sellers@atexpay.com. Emails AtexPay sends are not monitored for replies.

5. Payment partners

AtexPay works with the following payment processing partners:

  • Whop
  • PingPongX

Which partner serves your seller account may vary by the region of the account holder. When you sign up, AtexPay onboards you to that partner: it opens your own seller account (a connected account under AtexPay’s platform), runs the identity (KYC) verification itself, processes the payments made on your checkout pages, holds your balance with its licensed financial partners and sends your payouts. Every AtexPay checkout page is rendered for your seller account with that partner.

Selling on AtexPay requires a seller account with our payment partner, which we open and manage on your instruction. The payment partner’s own terms — and those of its financial partners — apply to payment processing, custody, identity verification and payouts, in addition to these terms. Where a change of payment partner materially affects the operation of your account, we will notify you.

6. Balances and payouts

  • Buyers pay in USD on your products’ checkout pages. Settlement into your balance typically takes 1–4 business days but is not guaranteed by AtexPay.
  • Your balance is held by the payment partner and its financial partners, not by AtexPay. It can be paused, reserved or reclaimed under the partner’s rules — for example during a compliance review, a dispute, or after fraud signals.
  • Payout methods and timing are set by the payment partner. Each payout method carries its own payout fee, shown before you confirm a withdrawal. Payouts go only to accounts registered in your own name.
  • Currency conversion for local-currency payouts happens at payout time at the partner’s rates.

7. Fees

  • AtexPay charges one platform fee per sale — a percentage of the sale plus a fixed amount, subject to a minimum fee — taken from the payment by our payment partner as an application fee at the moment of the sale, fixed onto each product when it is created and itemised against every sale. The exact fee on a sale can differ slightly with the buyer’s card type and country. Fee changes apply to products created afterwards, never retroactively.
  • There is no setup fee, monthly fee or listing fee.
  • The payment partner may charge chargeback fees on disputes and similar charges; these are shown in the product where they arise.

8. Your other responsibilities

  • All taxes on your sales and income are yours to declare and pay under your local rules. AtexPay and its payment partner do not calculate, collect or remit tax on your behalf.
  • Comply with all laws that apply to you, including consumer-protection, intellectual-property, sanctions, export and anti-money-laundering rules.
  • Any earnings or results claims you make about your products must be accurate and substantiated.

9. Prohibited products and uses

You may not sell anything on the prohibited products list, and you may not use AtexPay as a payment processor or gateway for another business, to collect donations, tips or crowdfunding, or to move money for anyone. Accounts that sell prohibited products or misdescribe what they sell are suspended, and our payment partner may act independently on the same grounds.

10. Buyer-facing pages

Checkout and order pages carry your name and logo, the full product description, how it is delivered and how to reach you. Card statements show your name after the payment partner’s short prefix, as card networks require. Buyers agree to the payment partner’s buyer terms when they pay.

11. API

API keys act with your account’s product, order and sales permissions: keep them server-side and secret. Products created through the API are subject to the same screening and rules as any other. Respect the published rate limits and don’t probe or disrupt the service. We may revoke keys that are abused or leaked.

12. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates risk, or is required to be closed by the payment partner or by law — where lawful, we will tell you why. You may close your account at any time. In every case, remaining balances are handled under the payment partner’s rules, which may include holding funds for a period against disputes before final payout.

13. Intellectual property

AtexPay’s name, logo, site and software remain ours. What you upload — your name, logo, product descriptions and delivered files — remains yours; you give us the licence needed to display it on your pages and deliver it to your buyers.

14. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not control, and are not liable for, the acts or omissions of the payment partner and its financial partners, card networks, banks or wallets — including declined payments, paused balances, payout delays or account reviews. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtexPay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the sales giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. See also the Disclaimer.

15. Changes

We can update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced in the dashboard or by email before they take effect; continuing to use AtexPay after that means you accept them.
