How AtexPay works
From your first product to a delivered order. AtexPay is the web platform you sell and deliver on: your catalogue, checkout pages, orders and delivery in one place, with a record of every order.
Sign up and verify once
Create your account, tell us whether you sell as yourself or as a company and what you sell, and verify once with a photo ID — about two minutes.
Add a product
A title, a full description of what the buyer receives, a category, a price, and whether it is a download or a service. Every product is screened against our prohibited products list before it goes on sale, and gets its own checkout page.
A buyer checks out
The checkout page shows the whole description, how the product will be delivered and how to reach you. The buyer pays and gets a receipt, and the sale opens an order in your dashboard, marked in progress.
You deliver; they download
Attach the files or a link and mark the order delivered. The buyer is emailed a Get my deliverable button to their order page; the order completes when they download a file or open the link.
The life of an order
Every sale is an order, and every order keeps a record of what was bought, what was delivered and when the buyer collected it.
-
In progress
The buyer has paid. The order holds what they bought, exactly as the product page described it, and how to reach them.
-
Delivered
You attach the files — documents, archives, images — or a link to the work, and mark it delivered. The buyer is emailed a Get my deliverable button to their order page.
-
Completed
The buyer downloaded a file or opened the link. The order’s timeline shows when, from where and on what device.
- A record you can show. Every visit to the order page, every download and every link open is timestamped on the order — proof that what was promised was delivered.
- Files kept for 15 days. Delivered files stay on the order page for 15 days after delivery and are then deleted; buyers are told to download theirs within that window.
- Support and refunds. Buyers reach you from their receipt and order page, or AtexPay at buyers@atexpay.com. Refund when what was delivered isn’t what was described; a full refund cancels the order.

What AtexPay is — and isn’t
AtexPay is a web platform for selling digital products and services: a catalogue, checkout pages, orders, delivery and buyer support. It is not a payment processor or payment gateway — every sale on AtexPay is a sale of a product its seller lists and delivers. Products in prohibited categories are refused automatically, and accounts that sell them are suspended.
Payments run on your own seller account with our payment partner, which takes AtexPay’s platform fee from each payment and pays you out. Payout options for your country are in the guides for Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Indonesia, Nigeria, Kenya and Vietnam.
