1. Product information, not advice
Everything on this site describes the AtexPay product. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. For decisions about your business, taxes or regulatory obligations, consult a qualified professional in your country.
2. AtexPay's role
AtexPay is a web platform for selling digital products and services. Payment processing, identity verification, custody of funds and payouts are performed by our payment partners — Whop or PingPongX, depending on the seller’s region (see Payment partners) — and their licensed financial partners, under their own terms, on each seller’s own account. AtexPay is not a bank, payment processor, payment gateway or money transmitter, and never holds seller or buyer funds: it integrates our payment partners, who take payments directly into each seller’s own account. Statements on this site about processing, settlement times, payout methods and coverage describe the partner’s services as available to AtexPay sellers and can change as the partner changes them.
3. Country guides
The country guides (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Indonesia, Nigeria, Kenya, Vietnam and others we add) are informational summaries of payout options our payment partner supports at the time of writing. Named banks, wallets and rails come from the partners' own coverage data, are not endorsements, and can change without notice. Your exact options are confirmed during onboarding.
4. Fees and figures
The fee per sale shown on this site is the standard rate; the exact fee on a sale can differ slightly with the buyer’s card type and country, and the fee charged is itemised against each sale in your dashboard. Settlement and payout timings are typical figures, not guarantees. Each payout method carries its own payout fee, shown in the withdrawal flow before you confirm.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service and this site available and accurate, but both are provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Payments already in flight are handled by the payment partner even when AtexPay itself is briefly down; delivered files are kept for 15 days after delivery, as described in the Terms of Service.

Where this site links to third-party sites or documents, we don't control their content and aren't responsible for it.
