What AtexPay is for
AtexPay is for selling digital products and services delivered online: design and creative work, software and web development, writing and translation, marketing and SEO, video, audio and animation, courses and education, e-books and guides, templates and digital assets, software, apps and plugins, photography and stock media, consulting and coaching, and admin and data support. Every product is listed with a full description, a category and a delivery type, and every order is delivered through AtexPay with files or a link.
Never allowed
You may not sell, offer or take payment for any of the following on AtexPay, however it is described:
- Payment and financial services — using AtexPay as a payment processor, gateway or “merchant account” for another business, payment facilitation, escrow, money transfer or remittance, check cashing, crowdfunding, donations, tips or standalone tipping pages, investment products, asset or trading-account management, and anything promising returns.
- Debt and lending — loans, loan brokering, credit repair, debt relief or collection, and proprietary trading firms (“prop firms”) and funded-account challenges.
- Gambling — betting, casinos, lotteries, penny auctions and other wagering. (Information and analysis about gambling may be sold.)
- Adult content and services — sexually explicit material and services intended primarily for sexual gratification.
- Alcohol, tobacco, vaping and nicotine, cannabis and THC, and controlled substances, prescription drugs, steroids, peptides and unapproved supplements.
- Weapons, explosives and fireworks, including instructions to make or modify them.
- Hacking, surveillance and platform manipulation — malware, phishing kits, credential stealers, stalkerware, scraping tools, and fake followers, likes, views or reviews.
- Identity services and account sales — fake or altered IDs, documents, certificates or references, and the sale of social-media, gaming or other platform accounts.
- Counterfeit, pirated and infringing goods — replicas, cracked or nulled software, key generators, game cheats and hacks, unofficial in-game currency, pirated content and IPTV.
- Digital currencies and assets — selling cryptocurrency or NFTs, staking, yield products and cloud mining. (Educational content without sales or solicitation may be allowed.)
- Academic fraud — essay mills, assignment writing, taking exams or classes for someone else.
- Legal, medical and mental-health services — legal advice or representation, therapy and counselling, IV treatments.
- “Lifetime access” offers — every offer must state how long access lasts.
- Political, religious and charitable fundraising, and personal fundraising campaigns.
- Pyramid schemes and multi-level marketing, telemarketing and door-to-door sales, ticket resale, timeshares, airline and cruise bookings, private investigation and repossession, human parts, protected wildlife and cultural artefacts, hate or violent content, and anything else illegal where you or your buyer are.
How we enforce it
- At sign-up: what you tell us you sell is checked before your account is created.
- On every product: each product’s title and description are screened automatically before it can go on sale — from the dashboard and from the API alike. A product that matches a prohibited category is refused with the category named.
- On every sale: each sale is an order the seller must deliver through AtexPay, and every delivery and download is recorded. Sellers who don’t deliver what they described are reviewed.
- Review and suspension: we review accounts on reports and on our own signals. Products in a prohibited category are removed, and accounts that sell them or misdescribe what they sell are suspended. Our payment partner applies its own checks independently.
Earnings claims
Any income or results claims you make about a product must be accurate, substantiated and not misleading, and testimonials must reflect realistic outcomes.
