Taken from each payment as an application fee, it covers the platform and the
partner’s card processing. The exact fee on every sale is itemised in your
dashboard; it can differ slightly with the buyer’s card type and country.

What is AtexPay?
AtexPay is a web platform for selling digital products and services. You list what you sell, share its checkout page, and deliver each order from your dashboard by attaching the files or a link; the buyer gets an email to download them, and every download is recorded.
What can I sell on AtexPay?
Digital products and services delivered online: design, development, writing and translation, marketing, video and audio, courses, e-books, templates, software, photography, consulting and admin support. Some categories can’t be sold at all — regulated financial services, gambling, adult content, account sales, academic work for hire and others. See the prohibited products list before you sign up.
How do buyers receive what they paid for?
Every sale opens an order. The seller delivers it by attaching the files or a link (Google Drive, Dropbox and so on); the buyer gets an email with a Get my deliverable button and downloads it from their order page. The order completes when the buyer downloads a file or opens the link. Delivered files are kept for 15 days.
Is AtexPay a payment processor or a payment gateway?
No. AtexPay is a web platform for selling digital products and services, not a payment processor, payment gateway, bank or money transmitter. AtexPay integrates our payment partners, who take payments directly into each seller’s own account. When you sign up, AtexPay onboards you to our payment processing partner (Whop or PingPongX, depending on your region), which opens your seller account and runs the identity (KYC) check itself. Every checkout page is rendered for your seller account with that partner, which processes the payment and pays you out. AtexPay never holds seller funds. See our payment partners.
Which countries are supported?
Buyers can pay from 195 countries, and our payment partner pays sellers out in more than 200. That includes Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Egypt, Morocco, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and every member state of the EU. Do I need a registered company?
No. If you sell under your own name as a freelancer or creator, pick “individual” when you sign up and we will only ask for what that actually requires. Companies get a longer form because the law requires more of them, not because we want more.
When can I start selling?
As soon as your identity is verified — a one-time photo-ID check, run by our payment partner inside your AtexPay account, that takes about two minutes. Products and withdrawals both unlock the moment it’s approved. See our payment partners.
How can buyers pay?
By card, CashApp or bank transfer, on the product’s checkout page. Cards issued outside your own country carry an extra 1% on top of the standard fee.
How do payouts reach my country?
Buyers pay in USD at checkout. When you withdraw, our payment partner sends the money to the payout method you registered — a local bank account in your own currency in most countries (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Indonesia, Kenya, Vietnam and many more), a mobile wallet where supported, or options like PayPal and stablecoins elsewhere. Who handles tax on my sales?
You do. AtexPay adds no tax to your prices and charges no tax fee, and neither AtexPay nor our payment partner collects or remits tax on your behalf — declare and pay it under your local rules. See our payment partners.
I’m a buyer with a problem with my order — who do I contact?
The seller first — their support email is on the checkout page, your receipt and your order page. If you can’t reach them, write to buyers@atexpay.com with your order number before opening a dispute with your bank; most issues resolve much faster that way.
